Premium Rate Numbers (Non-Adult Content).
Prepay, World and Control customers can call premium rate numbers (excluding those used for adult content) without registering as long as they have enough credit.
If you're a Pay Monthly customer and want to make Premium rate calls from your mobile you'll need to register by calling Customer Services. This service is subject to credit status and may require a deposit.
Adult Content.
We know the availability of adult content can be a concern to some people, so we have restricted access to it as standard on all Talkmobile Pay As You Go, Pay Monthly and Control plans.
Pay As You Go customers who wish to enable this service simply need to call Customer Services where they will be asked to pay £1 using a credit card (this payment is used to prove the customer is over 18). Once the payment has been made successfully the restriction will be removed from the account.
Pay Monthly and Control customers who want to access adult content need to call Customers Services on 5888 from their Talkmobile phone. This service is subject to credit status and may require a deposit.
