Text Billing - making billing easier.

Great news! To help you access account information quicker and more easily, you will receive billing information via text and be able to view your bills online.

How will text billing work?

Each month, we’ll send you a text confirming:

  • Your total bill amount
  • When your direct debit will be taken

What are the benefits of viewing bills online?

By logging into “Myaccount” you’ll be able to:

  • View and analyse your last six bills
  • Update your personal details
  • Manage more than one account
  • Check your balance
  • Check your remaining calls / texts / data
  • Change your direct debit details
  • Save trees – no paper bills
  • Do all this 24 hours a day seven days a week

About paper bills

You will automatically be set up for text billing. You can view and download your bill online here.

If you would like to receive a monthly paper bill please text PAPER to 60131 and we’ll move you to paper billing (there will be a small charge of £1.50/month for processing and mailing)

How is my first bill charged?

A part month line rental charge will be applied on your first bill. This is your monthly line rental charge from the day you connected to the start of your full monthly line rental period. This will only appear on your first bill.  Your first bill explained (pdf)
