Keep your passwords, PINs and personal information secure. Be suspicious of any unsolicited communications that ask for your personal details. If in doubt never reveal your pass code or any personal or confidential information to a third party.

- Is the BANK keyword case sensitive?
No, the BANK keyword is not case sensitive.
- Will I be charged for sending or receiving the text messages?
No, the text messages are free to send and receive.
- Once downloaded and installed, is my Bank’s mobile banking software free to use?
Yes currently mobile banking is free of charge.
- I failed to receive the text message.
If you failed to receive the text message, then see the pop-up from point 3 in the 'Getting Started' section for more details.
Help receiving your text message.
- Please note: you will need to access the link on your mobile phone and NOT through your computer's web browser.
- I didn't receive the text message you sent me.
- Have you waited more than 5 minutes?
- Try turning your mobile phone off and on again
- Resend the word BANK to 82428
- I received an error message whilst trying to open the text message.
You may need to update your GPRS settings - don't worry it's quick, simple and won't affect your phone in any way.
Once your mobile phone's settings have been updated, try opening the message again. If you can't find the message then resend the word BANK to 82428.

Once your settings have been updated, open the mobile phone banking application on your phone and try again. You will find the mobile phone banking application in your Games or Applications menu.
