There is a 3000 fair usage policy over 30 days. For shorter reward periods, a pro-rated
fair usage policy will apply which is equivalent to 100 texts per day. Therefore
a customer who receives the 7 day unlimited text reward will be subject to a 700
text Fair Use Policy.
Unlimited Texts
Some Pay Monthly contract and SIMple texter tariffs include 'Unlimited' UK Texts.
Only texts sent to standard UK mobile numbers whilst in the UK are included in
the 'unlimited' allowance. Texts to premium rate and international numbers are excluded
from the allowance, as are texts to UK numbers made when roaming.
The 'Unlimited' UK Texts offer is subject to a fair use policy.
If you are sending an unusual number of texts in excess of what we believe is
a fair use of our services you may be sent a text from Talkmobile to advise that
charges for texts sent (if the fair usage policy is exceeded) may be chargeable.
Unlimited Mobile Internet
Unlimited mobile internet is subject to a fair usage policy of 25MB per day,
and then subject to a charge of 10p per MB thereafter.
You may be notified by text message when you are approaching the fair use policy
threshold and advised that charging will apply if this threshold is exceeded.
Rewards Expiry - The FREE UK Text rewards expire on date only. Therefore
if a customer exceeds their Fair Use Policy during the reward period, they will
not receive another FREE UK text rewards until the original reward period has expired.
