Get your handset and device settings by selecting any of the options below


  • Click on the Automatic settings tab above to download settings directly to your device.
  • Click on type of Operating System above to find if your handset is listed, then follow the instructions.
  • Click on the talkmobile settings tab to manually enter settings on your phone or device. (Note: if your phone/device is not listed in the Automatic settings tool or in the operating systems tabs above, the talkmobile settings will guide you through the process for adding your settings manually.)

Still cannot use Internet or MMS?

Your handset is unable to find the correct settings to access the service. You need to ensure that talkmobile settings, once downloaded, are saved as default. Some handsets have preloaded settings of other mobile operators and it is recommended that these be deleted. Alternatively, call 5888 from your talkmobile phone and speak to our customer services team.
