Getting your settings is easy.
You need to ensure your phone has the proper settings for the Talkmobile network to use all the coolest features of your phone such as:
- Picture Messaging or Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)
- Create your message by taking a photo or downloading a picture.
- Download or record your own sounds to add to your message.
- Create text messages with much larger word limits of up to 500 characters.
- Mobile Web (using GPRS or 3G/UMTS/HSDPA)
- Find out all sorts of information fast.
- Keep tabs on all your Facebook alerts.
- Stream videos clips on YouTube.
- Find routes on Google Maps.
- Get access to downloads such as ringtones and much more.
- Email on your phone (POP3/IMAP)
- Never miss an email.
- Download and view attachments.
- Use your Windows Live Hotmail or Yahoo Mail accounts.
- Please click on the button below to open the settings page, which will guide you through the quick process to get all your settings.

Please follow the instructions below:
- Select "My Talkmobile"
- Select "Get Settings" from the list
- You will then receive a notification that your settings will
be sent to you shortly by SMS (text message)
- Please choose the "Accept" option
Once your settings are installed, you can launch the web browser on your phone (if you're unsure how to do this please see your phone's user guide) Your default page will be the Talkmobile web portal that provides you with great content including news, sports, horoscopes, games, chat, weather, public transport etc. All this plus the freedom to surf the whole internet.

Talkmobile Phone settings
Settings are automatically provisioned over the air to your handset. You can alternatively request these from Talkmobile website or from the inbuilt ‘My Talkmobile’ Sim menu.
You can also manually input these in your handset. The settings to use vary according to whether it is a Talkmobile contract or Talkmobile PAYG account

Still cannot use Internet or MMS?
Your handset is unable to find the correct settings to access the service. You need to ensure that Talkmobile settings, once downloaded, are saved as default. Some handsets have preloaded settings of other mobile operators and it is recommended that these be deleted. Alternatively, call 5888 from your Talkmobile phone and speak to our customer services team.
