If your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday then you should receive your item the next day (all orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature). If you place your order from 3pm Friday to Sunday it should arrive the following Tuesday.
Prepay & Talkmobile World
Transferring your current mobile number to Talkmobile Prepay or World is easy all you need to do is follow the steps detailed below.
1. Buy your product in the normal way then ring your current network provider and ask them for a PAC number (Porting Authorisation Code).
2. Once you have your PAC code all you need to do is call Customer Services on 5888 and advise them you want to transfer your number from another network.
3. We'll then advise you when the transfer will take place. On this date your original network provider will transfer the number to Talkmobile. Your old network SIM will be disconnected and will no longer work. When this happens put your Talkmobile SIM card in your phone and turn it on. You should now be able to start using your phone.
